I'm not aware of any that are publicly available and are based
on the official version of Microwindows. Sun's implementation
of J2ME PBP (Personal Basis Profile) is based on a modified
version of Microwindows. Sun's Microwindows is downloadable
under the MPL from their web site; PBP is downloadable under
a proprietary license from their web site.
