This didn't fix it, it actually had no effect. The thing is the display 
is not in portrait mode. The 640 is still x while 480 is still y. The 
pointer input wants to be in portrait mode while the screen is not. How 
do you put it in portrait mode? It seems to have changed from specifing 
it in the config file like the old elj article's state.
