I am trying to build 0.90 for the UCB1X00MOUSE which no longer exists in
.90. According to Changefile, the ucb driver is now defined by TUXMOUSE = Y.
However trying to build by copying Config/config.tuxmouse to config
results in:

A grep of all .90 files shows that TUXMOUSE is not mentioned except in
Changefile and the sample config files. Not in any .c, .h, Makefiles, etc.
So how is TUXMOUSE used to get ucb1x00 support in 0.90?
