nxcal -f -d does the calibration, writes the data, and sends
it to the nano-X server using GrSetTransform().  As I suggested,
see demos/nanox/nxcal.c for more details.

nxcal -d /pathto/nxcal.dat will read the data and set the transform,
not performing a calibration.
