I've never been able to access ftp.pixil.org using either Netscape or
Apple's Safari, they eventually timeout (from my Mac OS X client). I
just double checked with Safari and it timed out.
But there's no problem using an old-fashioned command line FTP, from
the same OS X system it responds right away:
