Hi all,
New to the list. Did some checking on the archives, but have not seen
a reference yet to my question. I am looking for a small GUI to port
to a small (16-bit) UNIX system. The systems are Minix on a PC (in
16-b mode with a 640x480 VGA) and ULTRIX on a PDP-11 with a 1024x256
color framebuffer (sort of accelerated: both "raw bitmap" and some
specialized functions done by the graphics processor itself are
available) and a mouse.
The 16-b address space of course limits what can be done. I am looking
at both NX/uWin and MGR .. the first seems more modern and with the
Windows look and feel in mind, whilst the latter is more crafted after
X.
Any suggestions fromt the list?
Cheers,
Fred
