If I understand things correct it's not that simple. The link command
depends on other settings in your config file.
What I did was to look at the link commands created by the makefiles for the
nanox demo programs, as suggested by Greg. Partly with LINK_APP_TO_SERVER =
Y and partly with it set to N. Then I compared them and the difference was
the things needed to complete my link commands. Oh, and first I set VERBOSE
= Y in the config file so I could see the created commands.
