I don't like #ifdefs either, generally, and have tried to keep many out
of Microwindows.  However, in the case of the included drivers,
its VERY HANDY for testing to allow all drivers to be linked in
and switch the kernel fb modes, and have mwin handle it.

Requiring sed and awk utilities to build is not a good idea, IMO.
However, adding options in the config file to allow inclusion of only
certain drivers for size reasons is probably a good idea.
