Hi,
It doesn't really make sense to display the mouse pointer when using
a touchscreen. Basically you don't have to know where is you mouse
pointer since you are sure it is just right where you are pointing
on the screen.
However, if you prefer to always see the pointer, it doesn't make any
problem to just comment out the GdHideCursor call, it also work just great.
