Hi,

To get nxlib-0.45 to build, I need to turn off Xrm (INCLUDE_XRM = N) and fix 
keysymstr.h as follow:

keysymstr.h:
	perl ./keymap.pl . > ./keysymstr.h
#	perl ./keymap.pl $(X11_INCLUDE)/X11 > ./keysymstr.h

X11_INCLUDE was removed in 0.45

Are these really bugs in the Makefile or am I making a mistake somewhere ?
