Hi,
The include problem i posted can be fixed by using the config.cygwin
(instead of the config.x11 that i previously used).
But I only got a complete build by using "microwindows-full-0.91.tar.gz".
With the fresh cvs version (at least with my checked out copy), there
were compile errors i can't figure out.
