: This is related to a question that I posted recently. I've finally been
: able to build FLTK version 1.1.6 with NXLIB, both version 0.44 and 0.45.
: However, from what I can tell, FLTK 1.1.6 does not support UTF-8, and
: therefore, does not support Chinese and other UNICODE character sets.
: FIRST QUESTION: IS THIS TRUE?

Probably

:
: Now, I found a UTF-8 patched version of FLTK 1.1.6 on the web but it
: complains, when linking against either version of NXLIB, that XIMOfIC()
: and XLocaleOfIM() are undefined. Is this operator error (on my part)
: again or can I actually not do what I'm trying to do?

Add these two routines to the stubs.c file, and hopefully your
application will link and start running. There's a number of
unimplemented routines (returning 0) that aren't actually needed
for a decent embedded emulation of X11 already in stubs.c.

Regards,

Greg
