: Is nano-X ported to symbian?

Not to my knowledge

: Can nano-X handle 12bpp visuals (or more exactly 4444 ARGB mode)?

Nano-X could easily handle 12bpp, but currently doesn't.
The modifications required would be adding the packing and
unpacking macros in mwtypes.h, adding this to
most of the case statements where these macros are used,
and then writing a quick 12bpp driver (based off the 565 driver).
Shouldn't be a big deal, I'd like to see the support for 12bpp.

We have little software alpha support, a patch was received
for software image alpha blending. However, software alpha
support for pixel and line draws would have to be implemented
in the driver, which would be a bit more work.

Regards,

Greg
