Hi All,

I'm cross compiling nano-X for the ARM target. I have a basic problem
with the top level "config" file;
some of the changes I make there do not seem to propagate reliably to
the sub targets.
E.g. if I toggle OPTIMIZE from Y to N in config, do a make clean then
make, optimization
is turned off. So far so good. If I then change OPTIMIZE back to Y
then do another make clean
then make, optimization is never re-enabled.
I do know that the correct config file is being read (I put some dummy
chars in there to test).

I am not using xconfigure, just manually editing the config file.

Can anyone explain what is going wrong here?

Thanks!
Sean
