nanogui: Thread: Improved font support status...

Hello all,

this is a status report on my earlier announced efforts to
come up with a more configurable and flexible font handeling
system.  I'm still working on it.

I'm trying to make use of the MWLOGFONT structure with a few
changes.  There are still some stuff that needs to be done,
but quite a lot if it is done now.  I hope to finish this in
the next couple of days.  I hope there is no duplication of
effort in this area right now?

I'm not working on anything in that area right now.  BTW, 
I released a pre6b with small name-space changes, but
shouldn't be a big deal.
