nanogui: Thread: fltk for nano-x

Hi, nano family.....

Maybe somebody remember Tanghao posted that he(or she?) ported fltk to
nano-X. I tried to download it but I couldn't. So Tanghao kindly sent it
to me. Download it from my ftp site if you wanna get it.

1.Fixed exposure event problem .
2.Added the region support based on new routines in microwindows-0.88pre9
3.make it easy to configure and make .
    please see the file :
    README.NANOXPORTING,before configure.
    
    the diff file is attached ,patch to fltk-nanox-pre5.tar.gz.
