nanogui: Thread: Bitmap(Matrix) font support

hi,     Greg
    i just added bitmap (Matrix)font support to microwin.this is very useful for some country ,because the truetype font is too big for some language (about 5M in Chinese.Matrix font is just 200k or 300k.),in the small device.
    i also added Unicode16 to ASCII characters convert .
    the code is attached (patch to 0.88pre8.) test sample is added in t1demo
font data files is needed .
