vger.rutgers.edu hd crashed a while ago brining down all the lists on 
it including linux-kernel. Eveything is now on vger.kernel.org

So send an email to ####@####.#### with "subscribe 
linux-8086"

It is a very quiet list now. List numbers are withtained from 
kernel.org but i dont think many people are on it. Many people 
probably did not resubcribe to it after the crash.
