    I just tried mw pre7, but the removal of
GR_MODIFIER_* breaks flnx-0.15, which needs
GR_MODIFIER_CTRL. How to fix it ?

1. Easiest: use a later version of flnx, it's been fixed for 1 month.
(you may need the CVS version)

2. Change GR_MODIFIER_CTRL to new scancode values
required for the new kbd driver: look at include/mwtypes.h,
and you'll see that MWKMOD_CTRL replaces the GR_
value.
