Is it possible to install a timer, who makes after
a specified time a event ?

Yes. The official version of microwindows contains GrTimer() which, 
IIRC, always creates a periodic timer. My CVS snapshot includes an 
enhance version of it which allows you to choose whether to create a 
one-shot or a periodic timer (and it has documentation too). I think 
Greg hasn't included it yet because it adds one parameter to the 
function. You can get my CVS snapshot from:
http://www.linuxhacker.org/pub/cvs-snapshots/microwin-aph/

It also includes two programs called oneshot and periodic which 
demonstrate how to use the function (the source to them is in demos/nanox).
