No. Microwindows API(win32) does not.
Nano-x supports multi-process.

Could you please put your question in the body of your messages 
rather than in the subject. The subject gets cut off somewhere along 
the way. 

I beleive the answers to your questions are in the mail list 
archives. The topic comes up rather frequently. It may be a good idea
