nanogui: Thread: New multibyte support patch available.

 This is the third release I guess.
I've have tested the older one with glibc 2.2, and as I said, we need
some fixes.
Before I didn't have chance to test it on glibc 2.2 , but at last! I've
tested on my friends computer
and I've completed the byte ordering process (I guess ;-).

Now I need to test this with Big Endian machines.
Can someone please give me a temporary account that I can test the code.
