hi Greg,

I want to use Timer event in my program, but there is no such a thing in Nano-X. could you please tell me how to implement a timer mechnisam in nanox ?
BTW, I ever try to use the SIGALRM to implement the timer but there is no way to send such a event to the program!
How to post a event to self ?

regards,
kershine wu.

The CVS Microwindows 0.89pre8 includes new timer functions,
GrCreateTimer and GrDestroyTimer, which send a
GR_EVENT_TYPE_TIMER when they tick off. Also, you can
use the GrGetNextEventTimeout in the main event loop.

Currently, there's no round-trip method of arbitrarily
sending data, although you might try the GrSendClientData
functions.

Regards,

Greg
