nanogui: Thread: Running the examples

Following the "Getting Started With Microwindows & Nano-X" document I get
the following error when trying to run any of the examples on a Mandrake 8.2
installation with the 2.4.18 kernel:

Error reading Indicator status
Cannot initialise keyboard

Does anybody kno why?

This is fixed in CVS.  Find the error message in
drivers/kbd_x11.c and insert a "return -1" after
it.
