nanogui: Thread: JPEG wallpaper support using win32API

Hi,

   Using win32API, is it possible for us to display some .jpg as a 
wallpaper?We have tried the same using Nanox. It is working fine. 
To display any bmp in win32API, we actually convert the bmp to .c file and 
use it. Is it that jpgs have to converted to any format to be used in 
win32API ?

Or, like nanox, can we use jpgs directly in win32API?
