microwindows and framebuffer

When I build it for framebuffer and run an application, the app loads and displays the required images on the screen but when I move the mouse, my linux desktop emerges over it. I can move windows or click on icons When running Microwindows in framebuffer mode, you can't also be running your X11 desktop.
