This usually means ViewML crashed. For initial testing, run everything on x86 desktop linux using X11 display. For example, the PIXIL ViewML release does just that, and your web sites can be tested. You can use a "sleep 1;" between statements, that usually solves the problem. : : 2) two client, nxkbd and viewml, how to change the Z-order between them? which API is fittable for this? The GrRaiseWindow/GrLowerWindow API is used to change window Z-order. This is handled through mouse-clicks on the title bar by the window manager when it (nanowm) is running.
