nanogui: Thread: making window always on top across apps

Is there a window atributte that makes it always on top even accross apps.

We are starting two apps using nano-x at startup. One needs to be on top 
even if the other is later in displaying. And it wants to have input, 
key, focus. There is no pointing device.
