nanogui: Thread: nxlib and libXext

Hi,

I'm trying to get FLTK working with nxlib, in reading through the past
messages Greg said that nxlib will create both libX11 and libXext (on
June 8, 2004).  I cannot get nxlib to generate the libXext that FLTK
needs to compile a simple hello world app.  I can use the regular X11
libs fine.

I'm using nxlib 0.45 and FLTK 1.1.5rc3.
