I am running nano-X on Linux.

Okay, it looks like the GrGetWindowFBInfo is ONLY available when you don't
link app into server.  And scrdev is ONLY available when you do.  Is there a
way to make this portable between these two modes?

I thought we patched this...  the functions in nanox/clientfb.c will need to
be modified to support link app into server.
