Has anyone tried to connect this touchscreen to Gumstix?

I have connected it to gumstix and aded support for TSLIB.

I tried running ts_calibrate but on the value of pressure i get a constant 860, so TSLIB thinks as if the Touchscreen is always pressed and can't calibrate correctly.

Did anyone have this problem?

Sounds lika a hardware problem to me.

The touchscreen is a 4 Wire resistive touchscreen. On gumstix there are 4
pins to plug it onto, how can it be hardware?

The cursor mooves accordingly (not completely in all directions) but this is due to calibration i think.

So what can be wrong?

This is what I would do if I were you:
If I'm sure the hardware has no problems, I would be sure the tslib is built properly, then I would ran ts_calibrate several times until the calibration is correct - using ts_test, ts_print etc...
If ts_calibrate is responding without a touch event, that would probably mean you have false events and may want to take a second look at your driver.
That's about all I can contribute.

When i Run ts_test or ts_print, i get the numbers for X and Y but the Z remains stable.

Where is this driver located?

what can be wrong with it?

i haven't used TSLIB in microwindows YET.

Just the TSLIB software it selve, what drivers are you talking about? where are they located?
