I'm trying to run Lynx in nxterm but it doesn't seem to support the highlighting and colors. I'm using linux on an arm processor. The ls display doesn't show colors either.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

thanks

nxterm emulates a very primitive terminal that didn't support colours
(the DEC VT52 IIRC). It would probably take a major rewrite to make
it emulate a more modern terminal with support for colour codes.

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer

Adding ANSI compatible color processing wouldn't take much
rewriting, but a new termcap/terminfo might need to be created
on the server side.
