[nanogui]show the jpeg
From: "Robert Chan" ####@####.#### Date: 1 Mar 2007 08:26:27 +0000 Message-Id: <014801c75bdb$80a0dd60$5f0110ac@ROBERTCHAN> Dear all, I tried using the CVS version and using a arm based design with a linux frame buffer running 16 bits per pixel (MWPF_TRUECOLOR565). I uses the "..src/bin/nxview" to test. But the jpg images are still displayed with white dots all over the image. Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance for your help. But the jpg images are still displayed with white dots all over the : image. Does this happen with other image types, say .bmp? There are some issues with jpeg conversions, see the source src/engine/image_jpeg.c::FASTJPEG. The white dots of course would only show if the background is white, perhaps change the window background color and check that the dots color change to see if this is indeed transparency bug. You might try running the CVS version also, check the ChangeLog for exact details on when the fix was inserted.
