Maybe a "Trac" (http://trac.edgewall.org/) or similar would be something
for the nano-x project?

Possibly. Trac says its an interface to subversion. I was thinking
perhaps of moving nano-X to a git repository, which might allow
for easier sharing of fixes... Comments?

Greg

I'd like to see nano-X maintained in git. Plus, if there's a
gitweb server (http://git.or.cz/gitwiki/Gitweb), you could use
GitwebPlugin (http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/GitwebPlugin) for Trac
access.

I would really recommend a look at "bazaar" (http://bazaar-vcs.org/) as
a git competitor.
We use it at our company, and it's impressing in many ways. Although its
still under heavy development, its very stable.

And of course there's a plugin for Bazaar in Trac:
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/BzrPlugin :)
