Hi,

   everybody!

   Recently i have used the fltk+nxlib+nano-x. And i want to use nxkbd(demo) with fltk, but fltk can't receive keyboard messages from nxkbd. why?

The nano-x keyboard configurations are as follows:

# keyboard or null kbd driver
TTYKBD                   = N
SCANKBD                  = N
PIPEKBD                  = Y
IPAQKBD                  = N
LIRCKBD                  = N
NOKBD                    = N

and the macro KBDPIPE is defined as follows:

#define KBDPIPE 1 /* =1 to use named pipe for soft kbd*/

  Is there anybody who meets this problem?

                                      BoShi

:

Try using nxkbd with the applications supplied with nano-X
first. That will allow us to see whether the issue is
internal to your configuration or with FLTK. It's possible
we may have to modify NXLIB if for some reason
it doesn't like the pipe file descriptor that is used
instead of a tty when nxkbd is used.

Greg
