I want to get TIFF font support for nano-X application. For that I have
specified in config file as :

HAVE_TIFF_SUPPORT = Y
INCTIFF = .
LIBTIFF = /usr/lib/libtiff.a

When I compile, nano-x throws error saying "No rule to make target
/usr/lib/libtiff.a" and exit. In my machine libtiff.a is not present.
Probably I need to install this particular font before using in nano-X. Pls.
correct me if I am wrong.

But how to install it? I have downloaded 'microwindows-fonts-0.89.tar.gz'
and I can't see any installer within this.

Is it possible to make TIFF font as a part of 'libmwfonts.a' ?

Thanks,
Aveek

:I want to get TIFF font support for nano-X application.

TIFF is an image format, nothing to do with fonts.

: LIBTIFF = /usr/lib/libtiff.a
:

That's why its complaining.

You'll need to install the library. ".a" files are libraries.

Greg
