nanogui: Thread: display jpeg error

i had added the jpeglib and pnglib to the microwindows ,and the png can
display normally,but when i try to display a jpeg picture,the error occurs,
as follows:in nano-X :
[root@fa nano]# ./nxview tux.jpg
nxclient: lost connection to Nano-X server
[1] 50 Segmentation fault     ./nano-X
[root@fa nano]# nxclient: lost connection to Nano-X server

and in win32 api:

[root@fa nano]# ./card
Segmentation fault
