Hi
I am after some assistance and you sound like you know your stuff. I have installed my scanner - I am running windows 98, but this scanner was purchased in 1997 and up until now I haven't used it, however now that I want to it won't scan in colour. Not much info came with the scanner just a disk which says run setup and follow prompts. It has read i.r.i.s on the disk also and Corel Photo paint 5.
On the disk it says

Color Mobile Direct
Color Hand Scanner
Primax quickstart
However I can't make it work. Please help me, I really need to use it.
