Hi Dadi,
AFAIK the 16B uses the GrandTech chipset which is not
supported by the Plustek backend. But I think Henning Meier-Geinitz
will be able to add support for that scanner.
If that works, the scanner will be supported by the new gt68xx
backend.
I suggest you went over to the SANE mailing list for any
contact to Henning. You should also provide the vendor
and product ID for this scanner, as well as the firmware-file
(which can be found in your Windoze installation).
