Epson Perfection 1260 & TPA
From: ####@####.#### Date: 9 Oct 2002 10:08:18 -0000 Message-Id: <200210091207.35338.a.doeen@web.de> Hi everyone! I've got an new Epson Perfection 1260 with TPA. Yesterday I installed the actual stable version of sane (1.0.8) and xsane (0.88) on my SuSE 8.0 (I removed all SuSE-sane and -xsane-stuff). I added the plustek-sane-0.44-3 stuff and compiled sane and xsane. I can perfectly (it's a perfection scanner ;-) scan images, but i can't use the tpa for negatives. xsane just doesn't show the menu for selection other sources. My question is now - I read the archives - if the plustek-driver for usb now supports the tpa or not. I would be pleased for every response - thank's! If there is need for testing new code for the perfection 1260 with tpa I would be pleased to do the testing. You also have to adjust the origins there for negOffX/Y and tpaOffX/Y to the following values: negOffX -92 negOffY -325 tpaOffX +45 tpaOffY 0 This fixes the offset problems. The calibration is still broken, as this offset does not match... Gerhard | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
