Christian,

working backwards through my messages here ... On your and Gustaf's
suggestion, the "Primax Colorado 600P" (parallel) works very nicely with
the pxscan-0.2. If it would be beneficial to anyone, I can open it and
check the exact hardware numbers.

Thanks for everyone's help again, Milan

(BTW it works better than on NT, I never got a color scan out of it on
that thing)

Hi Milan,

yes, it would be a good idea to check the harware numbers, if you could do
that ???

I will to check my hardware numbers, what do I have to check ?? The IC's ??

Is it the 36bit model of the D600 Colorado ???

Thanks

Michael

simply look up the partnumbers-table on our project's page... and you'll
know what to check...

Michael,

I will open the box tonight. I am not really sure I have 32bit or 36bit
or something else - it does not seem to be specified on the box or in
the docs. One thing, you may want to make sure you have the port
switched to "pure" EPP 1.9 - that is what I have, but cannot test if
SPP/EPP make a difference, my MB only supports SPP and "pure" EPP 1.7 or
EPP1.9
