First i thank Gustaf Kroling for his pxscan driver
no problem with compilation found on my Mandrake 7.0 (Air)
and ... it works!!

Then a question :
What are the default and min/max values for contrast/brightness/gamma in
option -c --color=C/B/G ?

Then a possible bug :
When i try to scan from position (bottom 0, 4 inches from left )
the result is the same as if there was no -p option
the scan starts from pos(0,0) and not from pos (0,4)
and the position displayed in the messages doesn't match too.
Do i make a mistake in the command line ?

# ./pxscan -p0x4 -r100 -d4x6 -n essai25.tiff
parse_options:
  position: 1.0x0.0 inch
  resolution: 100 dpi
  dimension: 4.0x6.0 inch
  filename: essai25.tiff
  dimension: 400x600 pixel
pxscan version 0.2
Probing port 0378
