A new year, a new TEA Total release. The main changes in TEA Total 0.4 include: * Base64 encoding/decoding (AKA "ASCII Armour") support. * Password protected key support. * Also available as an RPM package. * Uses a new, much more powerful command line argument parser. * A major source code restructure.
