Subject: gpsim RPM's and library dependencies

I have tried to install the gpsim RPM but I cannot satisfy the library
dependency libreadline.so.3. I have looked in my directories and the
nearest that I can find is a symbolic link libreadline.so.4 which points to
the file libreadline.so.4.1. I am assuming that this file is an updated
version of the library that the gpsim RPM is looking for so my questions
are:

1 How do I get gpsim to share the library libreadline.so.4.1?

2 If it isn't the right library where do I get a copy of libreadline.so.3?

TIA
