The 0.20.0 version of gpsim was supposed to have fixed this bug, but I
inadvertantly re-introduced prior to the release. You may wish to grab the
latest tarball

This version does build and install with either version of the readline library
(that is version 3 or 4)
This version has some half baked gui-trace stuff, but it's not really used
yet. Otherwise it's very similar to the 0.20.0 release.
