No support for PICkit 2. I think they consider PICkit 2 as
"not recommended for new design".

I understand that. I also use Cortex M3 for work and
a small PIC as the supporting chip. ;-)

Let's see if they will ever add support for PICkit 2. I
doubt it will happen.
