The XtoNX.h wrapper is very obsolete.  Use the NXLIB
X11 to nano-X conversion library, it works well enough
to run most X11 program binaries, no need for re-compilation.
NXLIB interprets the X11 API calls, and rewrites them 
towards the nano-X server.
