Dear all,
Thank you for helping me out. I have now succeded in displaying the
images properly on the nano-X server.
In case of the jpg files, i had to just change the macro
#define FASTJPEG 1 /* =1 for temp quick jpeg 8bpp*/
in src/include/device.h file to
#define FASTJPEG 0 /* =1 for temp quick jpeg 8bpp*/
so that the 24bpp images were displayed properly on my system.
