Currently, this option is not implemented.  It was originally
going to be used to allow applications to pass a pre-allocated
address for the pixmap, but was not implemented because
of the incompatibility between the link-to-app and normal
link configurations.

This argument is always ignored currently.  The server will
always allocate memory for the pixmap.

Not currently.  I'm not sure what you mean by "noncache".
