: Following the instructions in the tools HOW-TO I'm now trying to cross
: compile the Microwindows demos to run on my Everex Freestyle. I set ARCH
to
: LINUX-MIPS and the compilation ran through OK, but when transferred I
: couldn't run the binary. Does anyone have a pre-written config file for
MIPS
: that I can 'borrow' to test my system is building correctly?
What was the error? Is it that there's not a shared library available?
I know the compile options I've got set in microwin/src/Arch.rules
work for MIPS.
: Also changing the sample 'ramdisk' image isn't that easy as it's full, so
: you need to build a new one and copy contents across. There is no MAKEDEV
: script so I wrote one, but had difficulty setting the links. Again anyone
: got one, or should I post mine for 'correction'?
I'd like to see anything you develop for this; we need an updated
Microwindows mine demo for freestyle, and I'd like to contribute...
Regards,
Greg
